Yes, I feel hungry for TB programming. lol. And I am appreciating every bit of it. Also, I am thinking going easy on loading spine going forward. I might need to rethink whole big 4 approach. Unilateral cluster works nicely for now. It allows me to push harder on conditioning. Overall, feel happy with what I am able to do now. I think I stay with custom versions OP I/A and/or some MASS blocks here and there till late spring. Will see..

How’s your schedule? I can see you are trying to be more conservative with your programming as well..

Cheers mate!

True! Ah that’s not a bad idea, that’s how I feel using the grunt cluster. That sounds like a solid plan!

My schedule is going pretty well, my main issue is I always get torn between TB and wanting to do Ross style type training strength wise lol. I’m thinking of running OP DUP so I have that bit of variety that I feel like I’m after. But use it as IA if I need flex days. But yes I’m trying to be a bit conservative so I can still do sport related things, which makes me think I should run fighter using the grunt cluster with one or two accessories instead, ah the decisions.

I am considering Fighter as well.. Another crazy thought is Zulu I/A with one main lift/day only.
