Tomorrow is the last day of this block of Operator, but with the 4th and all the extra sessions I've been doing, I think I'm going to take the day off. Next block of Operator starts Saturday, 99% sure I'll just do all the same stuff.

Thanks! But if I posted my running pace/video footage, I doubt you'd say that, haha.

In all seriousness, this is (roughly) my 1 year anniversary of starting TB, and the results are just excellent. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my very first day of BB, I made it about 1/4 of a mile before I was gasping for air and walking. Yesterday I did 5 miles in 75 minutes in very hot and humid weather, at 43 years old, and I wasn't winded or even breathing that hard at any point. And I can't overstate how much better I feel inside (for lack of a better term). It's been a good year, fitness-wise.
