Do you feel that OP I/A-TB2 gives you more energy for conditioning? Meaning the recovery is better?
Bark, what I find with Op I/A, TB2 is that I have fewer aches and niggles as it relates to strength training. I can go hard at conditioning with almost any template and I don't seem to have issues. However, by complementing BP with very minimal OHP (1x/wk) and the same with complementing WCU with Barbell row, I find that I just feel "healthier" and more "well rounded." I hope that makes sense.

BP - 4x5 @ 66.5 kg
SQ - 4x5 @ 88.7 kg
WCU - 4x5 @ 69.9 kg
KB swings - 18kg x 100 (70, 30)

First time that I have done 70 straight KB swings. I was sucking wind at the end, but it felt like an accomplishment.

Hi Mikhou,

Is Plank/Shank time included into your RI time?

Thanks!

I'll usually take a 1.5 rest after the plank or shank. So that's a total of 2.5 minutes between working sets.
