Note: first time doing this session, used the hill that I use for apex but further down the hill. Legs felt good the whole way, leaning towards my own customized block after deload. And that pretty much wraps up this block.

Rest Day
Note: after how my legs have been over the last few sessions and my gas tank feeling as good as ever, I will run a customized block after this deload/back off period. It won’t be anything too fancy, but will be bringing back some fun stuff that I enjoy, sandbag work etc. Weight will be moderate overall for the most part. Looking forward to kicking it off.
