2 mile run in 19:03 in the evening, sprinted last part. Overall felt very comfortable. Recon Ron Step 5 and planks, and then ROMWOD before bed.

Max strength work. 15 presses per arm with 24kg, 15 front squats with 2x24kg, 50 swings with 32kg, 5 sets of Recon Ron pull-ups. Ab wheel rollout practice and ROMWOD tonight.

Just pull ups and stretching on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Slacking a bit on updates. Took my boys camping over the weekend, strength training on Tuesday, woke up with a stiff back yesterday so ROMWOD and took it easy. Still a bit sore so keeping the PT light and might try an easy run tonight to see if it loosens up. Did an impromptu pull-up test to see how Recon Ron has been treating me and gained 4 pull-ups - not bad.
