I've mentioned before that I had some pretty severe pain in my right knee earlier this year so I had moved away from back squats and to some very light goblet squats and some single leg work in order to reduce the intensity. I'm now doing linear progression on back squats using the Greyskull method, and I started at 50% of a previous E1RM that was even a bit low then. So I'll readily admit that the weights are light. But I'll also say that the knee feels really good right now, and the movement is smooth. So, all in all, it's a win.
