The good news is that I had to cinch to a tighter spot on my belt this morning. And I've definitely had some body comp improvement in the last month or so. The frustrating news is that I weighed myself at the gym last night at ... 250 pounds exactly.
I realize that for a lot of people this would be good news, but it wasn't really the plan.

I can't figure out if this thing I've got is an allergy attack or a head cold, but my nose and throat feel awful. Decent chance I skip the workout today.

Ended up taking off with this cold. Will try to lift tonight but we'll see how the day goes.

Definitely have a cold, but it hasn't affected my strength levels; no problems lifting the prescribed stuff last night. No way I'd have the lung power to do a conditioning session tonight, though. Will either take the night off or do a shorter ruck.
