KB swing / burpee / jump rope workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 kb swings /10 to 1 burpees / 80 jumps repeat while working burpees down the ladder until you reach 1 burpee.
1 minute rest.
Start over at the beginning if time remains.

I'm embarrassed by the BP numbers, but I haven't BP's with a barbell in a LONG time due to a shoulder issue - so I'm starting very low.

Today was a rough day. I've been dealing with tennis elbow and my last rep on barbell row caused a lot of pain. I'll be shutting down barbell rows until this calms down. Frankly, after that I just don't think that I had it in me so I missed rep goals on SQ, OHP, and WPU. DLs went fine.

I dropped the kb swings today. Been dealing with tennis elbow in my right elbow. While kb swings are primarily a hinge movement, I didn't want to push the grip issues.

Barbell row - N/A
SQ - 38.2kg x 10, 57.2kg x 5, 76kg x 15
OHP - 20kg x 10, 25kg x 5, 33.2kg x 15
WPU - 64kg x 3,2,13
DL - 75kg x 2, 93.2kg x 5

The numbers are pitifully low. For SQ, OHP, WPU, and DL I went to a high/low/medium scheme. Today was the low day at 80% of the high day's numbers.
