Tuesday-November 7th 2017-E session-Triples
Notes:10 minutes of rowing, 10 minutes of stair climber (what a kick in the ass) and 10 minutes on cross trainer. Core strength: 3x10 of ab wheel roll outs.

Notes: It was my mom's birthday and so I came home from school to celebrate with family and friends.

The last few days have been absolutely crazy for a number of reasons I will leave out. With that being said, I technically haven't trained since this passed Wednesday as my log has indicated. Of course. I am traveling this week for the holiday and am headed to TN with family. On the bright side, I gotta keep the BB block moving along. I know on Thanksgiving day, I'll most likely be doing a 4 mile run/walk. I'll try and get some other work in down there while I can. If not, I will evaluate and pick up at Week 4 and keep plugging away at it. My biggest priority is to at least hit a couple of E sessions while I can.
Secondly, I am planning out my continuation block and for right now, it will most likely be Fighter I/A + Green Protocol. I will probably wind up throwing in 1 HIC a week to mix things up but more on that later. Still got a few more weeks of BB to hammer out. Cheers.

Finally got back home from being away for Thanksgiving. I hope everyone had a good one. I didn't get to train too much due to the amount of family time and other activities with the exception of one day...
