Random note: used a pso rite today, almost instantly loosened the hips and low back right up. Didn’t expect that. Not a bad little piece of kit.

Note: and here goes the fighter block. I’d really love to get back into a boxing gym, life just doesn’t seem to be allowing for that at the moment though, will keep some bag work and other skills drills in to fill that gap during this block. FSQ and OHP was a little bit sticky, I’ll put that due to the weekend, the deload and a bit of time between both lifts, pretty confident that will even out come the second MS session.
