So I am writing up the 8 Week Base Building block from TB2 and I have a question about the Max Strength segments in Weeks 6 - 8. The book says I should use TB1s Fighter Template but that template is spread over six weeks, not the three in Base Building. Should I start the Base Building Max Strength at 70% and then add 5% per session until I hit 95% on Week 8 Day 4 or go the 70%, 805, 90%, 75%, 85%, 95% route?
Any help would be appreciated.

Take a closer week at Fighter - the % follow a 3 week cycle - compare w1 to w4, w2 to w5...you'll see.
