Marine corps bootcamp/ infantry prep/Recon prep.

Hey, I’m currently a poolee training for bootcamp, I plan to tryout for Recon and eventually MARSOC. I have 23 weeks until my ship date on an INFANTRY contract
I’m 6’2 157lbs
Current PFT STATS;
3 mile run- 21:05
Crunches- 85
Pull-ups- 18
My current protocol is as states: Operater/black variation
SQ-220lbs
BP-175. (MON-WED-FRI
WPU-220

TUE-THU-SAT is strictly SE (kettlebell cluster from TB2)
And always pull-ups.

I’m on week 5 of my current block, after I was going to switch to fighter/green Or BRC prep guide (10weeks)
I need some guidance on what to do after my current block as I’m a little lost on what to specifically focus on. I seriously do not want any wasted time.

What should I strictly be focusing on?
How can I adequately prepare for BRC and bootcamp?
Am I wasting my time building MS instead of E/SE?
What would be the most beneficial program/protocol?
Should I be doing more body weight SE?

Sorry mate, I missed this post.

Are you doing any run work at all? At this stage I see MS and SE only?

You look like you are running SE and MS alternating with no mention of conditioning from above?
