hello, I am reading TBII and would like to start Block 1 Base building
For SE sessions, N* of Circuits x Rep is indicated,
How much recovery time should I do between exercises ?
How much should I recover between sets to get the maximum benefit in aerobic terms?
I followed a 6-week TBI block
and between one set and another I recovered 2 min minimum
but in the SE sessions it's not clear to me how much I have to recover.
