"results suggest that coffee did not result in dehydration when provided in a moderate dose of 4 mg/kg BW caffeine in four cups per day. Thus, these data suggest that coffee, when consumed in moderation by caffeine habituated males contributes to daily fluid requirement and does not pose a detrimental effect to fluid balance."

Re: Enjoy your coffee
I drink it but only once a week for hardest session.
Problem with coffee (in my case) is that it just crashes me to much after some period if i drink it for every workout. I start to feel letargic and tired...and I start to yawn after drinking it (before workout).
It contributes to adrenal fatigue (especially if you train hard)

Even if a study came out saying that coffee was bad for me, I'm not sure if I could give it up!
