Anyone into juicing or green smoothies?
My 11lb weight loss during Base has re-invigorated me in terms of trying to live healthy, so I recently invested in a vitamix. I have to say, I think there's something to it. I'm feeling more energetic, a smoother energy. Like I come home after work and I don't just flop on the couch, but can actually get up and get things done. Skin looking healthy and has a glow to it. My current standard green shake:
kale leaves x 2
half a cup of baby carrots
half a cup of beets
1 tblspoon honey
Please post up any recipes you use, I'm always looking for ideas.

Yep, love juicin'. Good way to get balanced magnesium and calcium. One of my go-to mixes:
Broccoli 1/2-1 cup
Kale x 1 leaf
Ginger x 1/4 cup
Carrots x 1/4 cup
1/2 apple

Re: Juicing (Greens)
I utilize shakes for my second breakfast after I get to work.
It's generally some coconut/chia/flax blend, whey, a little fruit, and a handful of spinach/kale. I also just throw in whatever left over veggies we have. Makes for some weird tasting shakes lol.
There's nothing magical about juicing (or should I say blending, which is far superior). It's just an easy way to get more vegetables in your diet.
