Just did reps at 15s since 20s kicked my ass last time. Got through this quite unscathed - lungs get going after high rep squats ...

Skipped session, its been 42c / 110f? here day and night, does not for outdoor jogging make :(

Weighed myself this morning, lost half a pound on same time last week. At 102.1 kg now. W2D2 'E' 32min lss jog on pavement around the block. Was some uphill sections which were harder but I'm happy my jogs have got longer in duration and with much less walking sections. Edit - mapped it on google ma...

75 minute hike along the hilly coastal trail near home. Wasn't a leisurely pace, pushed all the way. May try it with ruck next time.

Measured it out on google maps afterwards, Tuesday's was 2.8km and today's was 3.03km
