I goofed and switched my E run and SE on accident. I also added an extra set to my SE yesterday but I’ll just call that make up for finishing early day 1. I’m sure it doesn’t matter much but I’m trying to adhere to the programming.

30JUL24 Did my 30min run and was once again humbled. I've never done a heart rate focused run before and did 2.75 miles at 10:55 Avg pace with an Avg heart rate of 146 bpm.
