Starting off - but play rugby
I am very keen on starting off tactical barbell. But I play rugby once per week. Just wondering how that would impact on the basebuild? During the one game per week I will be tapping into anaerobic system. I was thinking of reducing one run per week and replacing with the rugby or am I better coming...
