Hey guys, quick question about SE day for Bangkok template...
Is there an ideal time during the week to do the SE day? Near the end, beginning, middle? If needs be can I do it the SE as a finisher (occasionally) after a Fighter weights session?

Stop all training 3-4 days out. You're not going to improve within that time frame, your training is all behind you at this point. Take the time to recover and allow the adaptations from your training to take effect. Walking and stretching is okay.

BCAAs vs Whey Protein...What's the Difference?
From what I understand, whey protein is a complete protein that includes BCAAs. So what's the purpose of using BCAAs pre or during workout instead of just whey with water? What do BCAAs do for you that whey doesn't?
