I think it was a good change of pace. I wouldn't make it my go-to for the whole year. I use Operator and a conventional or sumo DL 3x a week would be too punishing. I think the trap bar is enough of a hybrid that you can sub it in if you aren't looking to be competitive in the power lifts. My squat ...

I started hill sprints a few blocks ago. I have been humbled! Currently, I've been doing 5 reps, jogging down, and a two minute rest. To advance, should I decrease rest intervals first, add reps, or increase distance ( I have yet to sprint up the entire abomination). Thanks Roughly how long does it...

Hill Sprint Progression
I started hill sprints a few blocks ago. I have been humbled! Currently, I've been doing 5 reps, jogging down, and a two minute rest. To advance, should I decrease rest intervals first, add reps, or increase distance ( I have yet to sprint up the entire abomination).

Agreed. My home gym helped me grow up. It was easier to ignore my pride and work with more reasonable weights.Which in turn, gave me more confidence to do my own thing when lifting at the station.

In regard to ROM, I found parallettes to be the most helpful. The neutral grip is easy on tendons/ligaments. Stacking some books between them can act as a marker to let you know how deep you're going.

Haha yup. Weighted pull-ups are essential. They've just never been good for arm development for me.Whole Bunch of Lat hypertrophy though.
