Re: Barkadion TB Logs
- I have failed 4th rep of 135lb BP by dropping bar to my chest on 12/16/2015. So, it took me 2 years from dropping 135lb to 3reps of 190lb. - 20lb is added to estimated/calculated TM since August 2016 winch is dedicated TB progressing. - I do realize that 190lb is really stupid number for adult, b...

Re: ZMA & Lethargy/Depression
Does ZMA make anyone else lethargic & depressed/ruminate? I always feel great the first day, but day 2 and onward it seems to space me out and make me depressed. Certainly not my natural demeanor. Needless to say I'm not taking it anymore...but now I'm curious. Cursory searches on the net point...

Re: Reason behind Operator I/A percentages
From what I understand, IA gives you the option to go high volume. And because of the high volume you get the option for an extra day in between sessions. The extra day isn't mandatory, so if you go lower volume or feel fine you can just take the one day between Op workouts instead of two.

Re: Working sets
You also might consider doing a set of Squats then rest your 2-5min and then do a set of WPU rest 2-5min and then back to the squats. Changing to this is the best thing I ever did. I get a full 5 + mins of rest between specific exercises. My workout looks like this, Warmup ( Bw squats, pushups, pul...

Re: Bulletproof Coffee
Not a fan....... tried it a few years back, since I was curious about all the 'claims'.... and I also don't like suggesting things to clients until I've done it myself.... love my coffee like the Death Star "large, on the dark side and powerful enough to destroy a f'kin planet"...... Had ...

Re: Jiu Jitsu as conditioning? How much is too much with other HIC/GC sessions?
So, I have been struggling with similar issues. In April, my hockey season ended, and I was able to completely focus on BB followed by Black/Op. It has been very rewarding. In October, hockey starts back up again. I can't say whether goaltending is in the same ballpark as BJJ, and it probably is no...

Re: Intermittent Fasting
Is this really the case? Genuinely curious here gents, but if I do an Operator or HIC at 6 or 7 am, is it okay not to eat post-workout till later in the day? What about the whole post-workout window? Hey, MuftiMike. This is why it didn't work for me. IF isn't strictly about "not eating breakfa...
