I've used them as a finisher after MS days, but wasn't able to go too hard on HIC runs the following day. They worked really well as part of my SE sessions though!

I do like your thinking there WallBilly! I'm not sure that I understand the Heavier and Lighter distinctions that you are making Yeah sorry, it was a clumsy way of saying that because there's more weight moved on the BP/WPU than OHP/BB Row, doing them after a rest day may be better than after a work...

Goblet squats are great! Personally, I found that Bulgarian split squats did help me a lot in terms of knee strength/mobility and balance/stability in the past.. Even doing it with BW only. I've had a similar experience, with months of hip flexor soreness quickly disappearing after reintroducing a LSS run every OP week (ie Black/Pro). It really is magic!
