Im feeling great, my heart rate is lower in general. My fitness feel better, my cloths are getting "bigger". Very happy. My Heartrate trough SE is much better now than the begninning.
Session 3 wasnt recorded. It was a Mountain hike.

Had to train very late and had to use alot of willpower not to skip training. Recovery Day, my legs is still broken and sore after monday. I also took my cheat meal today. I regret it little bit. But as long as im focused and do everything right rest of the week i should be fine. Im just moving the endurance one day.
