Re: Thank you K.B! (PR inside)
Great job! It's funny how the improvement sneaks up...the effort feels the same but when you look down at your monitor you've shaved off minutes.

Re: Plank and Shanks - how long do you hold 'em and how many sets?
I do it a few different ways. Sometimes as brief as 30 sec intervals rolling from one to the other with no break for a set amount of time (30 sec plank - 30 sec shank - 30 sec plank - 30 sec shank and so on.... for 3-10 mins). Other times I'll hold longer, up to 2 minutes each movement with a break ...

Re: HIC or E For Mood?

Re: Operator and APFT
Thanks for the advice guys! I did read the other thread and considered trying it out. Like you said, the limited time I have makes Kinetic's plan the better option. Plus I want to keep some limited max strength work to help drive up endurance numbers. My current 3x week Operator cluster is the back...

Re: Training Max: Seeing a Pattern

But I look at it like this: Training Max: Pros - makes workouts manageable, no missed reps or sets, makes weights + cardio infinitely more manageable, leads to progress in true 1rms over time. Cons - feel like a fancy-boy in the gym with less o...
