Nice thread guys, turned out vitamin d was giving me insomnia. I used to take it before bed along with magnesium. Changed it up over the last week, started taking it in the morning and my sleep's 100x better!

Like I said, you do whatever you want to do. But if you really want to do TB (I think you should!), read those books and then come back to us. Agreed. You're going to be missing lots of vital information if you skip this. Just looking at a template without the background info will cause problems in...

The closer we get to the fight, the more I'm starting to think McGregor doesn't stand a chance. The one thing I'm afraid of is Mayweather pulling an Aldo, rushing in to punish McGregor and getting caught. But then Mayweather's been around for a long time and I don't really see him making that mistake!

Like I said there's a sticky on here that says all run tests from 1mile to 3mile should mostly be prepped for with HIC I've read here and on the reddit that the 1.5 is aerobic, so you want to keep an element of LSS and E in your training. I don't mean to interrupt this informative discussion guys, ...

Lol, same here..once in a while HIC even makes me cranky. LSS is something different altogether.
