Re: Supplements for Endurance

How's this going @Rick Deckard? Just picked up some PQQ (by itself, not the q10 blend), going to give it a whirl. Overall my trial went well.... Pros - More energy - Felt like I had more stamina during conditioning & strength sessions - Mentally alert Cons - Sometimes overstimulating or would p...

If you could do only one exercise to target the abdominals, what would it be?

Re: Former SF (18 series)/current Fed LEO - ask me almost anything

So it sounds like you're doing far less E type training after the switch to LE. How has that impacted your overall health, energy levels, strength-- what are the positives and negatives going from high volume E to (I'm assuming) much less?

Re: ZMA & Lethargy/Depression

Re: Theoretical Question

I really have not idea, but I'm not afraid of a priori speculation so I'll aver a guess. I don't think swinging the Beast will have the same CNS effects as the the DL, even if your max swings are only 2-3. First, the swing is a dynamic movement, and the DL is much more of a grind. Second, the amoun...

Do heavy swings fatigue CNS?

Would heavy kettlebell swings have the same CNS/fatiguing effects as deadlifts? Stressing the "heavy" part. For example I can barely swing the 48kg more than 3 or 4 times two handed. If I did multiple sets of this would it cause the same stress to the body as a deadlift workout? They both ...

Yup, I'm using the Jarrow brand posted in the article. A combo of Q10 and PQQ.

Re: Supplements for Endurance

Just finished up my Operator session post-PQQ/Coq10. Observations: - Mentally alert and present - Lots of energy for all my sets. Finished each rep strong. - Lots of energy left over for my finisher (KB Swings) - Smoother feeling than just q10 I'm familiar with placebo, and I don't think this was it...

Re: Supplements for Endurance

Anyone try any of these? I just ordered the PQQ: http://www.8weeksout.com/2015/10/01/conditioning-supplements-that-really-work/ Just wondering if you've had a chance to try the PQQ? Took my first dose 4 hours ago. Heading to the gym in about 30 minutes....so far feeling warm with possibly some extr...
