Very cool video. I had no idea so many CEOs/athletes/entertainers did TM. The list is pretty crazy.... (Clint Eastwood!!?)

Re: What do you add after your MS cluster, and why?
Most of the time nothing. MS seems like a finicky beast that does best when it 's left alone...unlike conditioning and SE.

Re: Forced progression - stalling
Tactical barbell is the perfect middle ground right now. I can use a training max and hit my bare minimums when work gets in the way. If I have a admin type shift I can push it harder and work some volume. If I am coming off night shift and have a day or two off I can hit a challenge type session a...

Re: Former SF (18 series)/current Fed LEO - ask me almost anything
Man I love this place. Thanks for doing this! I'll probably have lots of questions, but for now; What was your training was like after you became an SF member (post-selection). Did you do a lot of team training, or was it more individual? Did you change what attributes you spent time working on? I'm...

Re: How many HIC
Another thing to think about is how intense an HIC is. For example say you are on regular operator (let's say 70% week) it may pay to perform a higher intense session, such as BOO, then on day 4, perform some heavy bag work or something that's slightly less intense or shorter in duration that could...

Re: Who are your favorite fitness authors?
Joel Jamieson Read this after picking it out of the TB recommended reading page. Really, really good book if you want to dive deep into the body's energy systems. Probably the gold standard for putting together a fight camp or coaching a combat athlete. Very theory heavy. Which book is this about? ...

Pavel More for the principles he espouses vs the actual programming templates. He revolutionized the concept of weight training for strength vs bodybuilding for me back in the day. Ross Enamait I find reading his material good for the soul. Helps curb the pity parties when it comes to things like a...

Re: How much E is too much?
Maybe my legs doesn’t have the endurance yet because a half is really longer than 3 miles. Was she doing HIC or only running? But that's what I'm struggling with. Knowing if I make progress with conditioning. Having a plan on progression. It's easier with weight. I don't know man, I wasn't really p...
