I caught a nasty bug over the weekend. I woke up Sunday morning with a sore throat, a terrible headache and achy joints and muscles. I've been coughing like hell since then. I'll take the week easy and repeat week 4 starting next Saturday. That sucks though, everything was going just fine.

I'm new to this kind of training, so take it with a grain of salt. I'm currently in my first BB cycle and my runs are much slower than when I tested my 1.5 mile run (8.20 min/mile vs. 12:00 min/mile).
