That suprapatellar smash and floss mobility exercise is really helping along with a couple of others. My knee is a little funky after deadlifting, but no pain whatsoever.

Re: VenomousCoffee's Training Log

It is now, yes. I'd gotten in the habit of walking on the treadmill at an incline for my LSS for a little while. It got my heart in the right range (barely) but the muscle endurance in my lower legs evaporated. Now after putting some work into it, I'm back to being able to jog normally for the time...

Is running your only modality for LSS? It is now, yes. I'd gotten in the habit of walking on the treadmill at an incline for my LSS for a little while. Re: ML's log

I did some mobility tests and it seems like the pain is only present if I run, climb up and down stairs or walk too much. So a quick change of plan for the next four weeks: Zulu/HT with zero cardio, then maybe another few weeks with Zulu while I incorporate some cardio. I'll really have to pay speci...

Re: ML's log

Capacity, W2D1 I went for a run this morning, but my knee started to bother me after just two minutes. I decided to do my LSS on the elliptical (30 minutes @ 135 bpm) and then go for a hike with the kids. I then had knee pain all day :( I'm not sure what to do next. I'll see how it goes tomorrow mo...

Re: ML's log

Capacity, W1D6 Deadlift: 220x3x5 Bench press: 110x4x8 Squat: 120x3x3 Pull ups: BWx5x1 It seems like sumo deadlifts is causing knee pain, but I don't know why. I'm trying as much as I can to keep my chest up, shins vertical and not let my knees cave in. Since I don't have a trap bar, I'm not sure wh...

Re: ML's log

Capacity, W1D5

Run: 7.23 km in 53:54 (7:27 min/km) @ 140 bpm

My right knee started to bother me in the middle of the run and I had to stop towards the end. I didn't notice any pain while I was walking though.
