Thanks for the advice, the goals previously were based off getting to 48kg bell for swings and TGU . Hit the 40 and that's where it finished. The goal for the next 3 months is to get stronger. Respect for anyone who hits Sinister. I live S and S it has kept me in the game for the past 5 years. I was on 40kg before I got got with Pneumonia. I'm back with 32kg and although I bought a 48kg I dont know if I'll approach it in the near future. From memory Dan John doesn't advise going beyond 32...

Hi folks. I've been floored by severe pneumonia and ended up in hospital. I'm 4 weeks out from returning to work and at least 8 weeks out from starting training again. Turning 40 in April. I would be interested in this thread. My strength levels are all good but I have dropped Aerobic and conditioning work for most of 2017. I have a feeling that these components plus mobility/soft practice will become important in the coming years.

I know what you mean..definitely noticed a big difference with the effects of booze when I hit my thirties. I don't tend to overdo it unless I'm out for a night out. I'm probably training better/more consistently now than I ever did but booze definitely makes it harder go shift body fat ....
