Thanks for the advice, the goals previously were based off getting to 48kg bell for swings and TGU . Hit the 40 and that's where it finished. The goal for the next 3 months is to get stronger. Turning 40 in April. I would be interested in this thread. My strength levels are all good but I have dropped Aerobic and conditioning work for most of 2017. I have a feeling that these components plus mobility/soft practice will become important in the coming years.

I know what you mean..definitely noticed a big difference with the effects of booze when I hit my thirties. I don't tend to overdo it unless I'm out for a night out. I'm probably training better/more consistently now than I ever did but booze definitely makes it harder go shift body fat ....
