Meat Eater (the one with the burpees, "2" I think) seems like a close substitute for an indoor Apex. Maybe increase the number of burpees or do them with max speed & effort.

I have read quite a bit about meditation but the killer app for me has been Headspace by Andy Puddicombe. I have been using it consistently for over 2 years and have really felt the benefits from doing so. Thanks for the recommendation, I've been looking for something simple to get started....well ...

Yup, you can do a Bangkok with finishers like this: 1. Strip Fighter template right down, to no more than 2 or 3 lifts tops. Do the minimums. 2.
