Ok I got your points and it makes sense to me. But I am not sure if I have understood the following quote correctly. currently I use this weigths for the first set:
bench: 85,00 kgs
squat: 108,75 kgs
deadlift: 122,5 kgs
militarypress: 52,5 kgs

whats your thoughts on the strength development or the load with this exercise? Like I can do a160 kg deadlift but my sandbag only has max. 40 kg. So its much less load. I dont think this is getting me stronger or?
