So, I thing came up .. I´m about to be a father in three weeks
So, I thing came up .. I´m about to be a father in three weeks :) I realize this will be a new era in Life with changed priorities and that time and effort will be limited as the newborn will take much of our time. All that aside. My wife and I have spoken a lot about how important it is to still ha...

Re: Energy loss, can anyone relate?
I can sort of relate. Not in the military but a desk jockey. I do fighter (Sq/Be/Wpu) and run 2-3 times/week 8-15km per session. It usually gives me 3 "rest" days per week. I often feel an urge to do more, but have learned from experience that enough is enough (for me) My advice. Either sc...

Voting Poll: Your favored Cluster
Hey guys! Im in a dilemma. Well paralysis by analysis rather. I´ve been doing Fighter template for quite a while now, doing SQ/BE/WPU. Last cycle I changed to SQ/OHP/WPU. I really have a hard time to choose. I know this is completely off from what KB says in the book, that the cluster don't cover ev...

Clean and Press
While reading TB I last night I saw one of the clusters having CnP in it. Few years back I was reading up on Doug Hepburn and got reminded by his monsterous CnP https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vs8svOg9c9o from 1954. Does anyone here do it? Its one hell of a lift. Bringing the bar from the ground to ...

Re: Thank you K.B! (PR inside)
As a runner, on amateurish level, I did have quite of running under my belt prior to starting TB. Few half marathons and a handful of trail/mud races. Did a BB block to begin with in january, but did not push it, rather did the minimum for the E´s. Began Op+Black and started to get familiar with HI...

Glad you appreciate the feedback!K.B. wrote:Great job Stefan! PR reports make my day. Your work ethic, discipline and consistency are paying off. Devil's Trinity is one of my favorite as well - if you get a chance try it out with a partner for the sparring portion.

A fun and alternative to farmer walks
Farmer are awesome, but there are many ways to challenge and do your loaded carries. Dan John gives a great example that I use from time to time. The "Cook Drill" from Gray Cook. Pick a kettlebell and take it for a walk :) Standing, hold a kettlebell in the rack. Now press the kettlebell s...

Re: Norway intervals and alternativ Fobbits
Thank you guys of clearing my concerns! Didn´t see the answers until now so I did standard issue hills .. 40sec at full pace uphill for the first time in my life .. couldn't believe how tough it was after a few rounds. Humble man I am!
