GC and E in same day?
My schedule is kind of difficult. My plan calls for me to do HIC/GC today and my 3rd day of strength training tomorrow, plus an E session the day after that. I have done my GC for today. Question is, can I wait a few hours and then do my E session? I’m not on an “easy week” for conditioning. Thanks,...
