It took me 7 weeks to get from 5 to 10 rounds. Gotta work on RI now

I'm usually at mid 40's, especially with a good amount of rest......but if the rest is shorter [1:1 ratio], then I am happy with a 40+ on cals in a 2 minute work interval.
