KB Swings, 55x10
Burpees, BWx10

RI:
- 1min for 1-7 rounds
- 75sec for 7-10 rounds

It took me 7 weeks to get from 5 to 10 rounds. Gotta work on RI now :twisted:

Hi guys, KB posted great comment under "After 40" club about customizing TB for someone who is interested in putting on some beef. I think it makes sense to keep a thread dedicated to the topic. I am copying/pasting KB's points below and I do hope we can share/discuss personal experiences...

Polar Flow sync. You don't really need it, though.. It can be used standalone.

I'm usually at mid 40's, especially with a good amount of rest......but if the rest is shorter [1:1 ratio], then I am happy with a 40+ on cals in a 2 minute work interval.
