Okay so test day was last sunday. Unfortunately I ran into a lot of things last week that made it tough to work out so I took an unintentioal rest week. But its back at it today. Not going to type up a report on test day so I will just let the numbers in my main post do all the talking.

Haven't posted an update in a while so this will be a two week recap. Last week was pretty rough for me. Went through a breakup on Wednesday and also got really sick that same night. Ended up losing 6 pound from how much I was throwing up and just lost all my energy. I had to recuperate for the rest...

I own this book,was an amazing read. I am currently AD military and I could immediately implement ideas presented in this book.Mindboozer wrote:Had a buddy who read "Extreme Ownership" by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. Said it was really good.

Crushed the gym today. Felt really good. On a side note I really like doing weighted pull ups. There is something about strapping that weight belt around you that makes you feel so good.

W2D4 1.5mi PFT pace 13:25 No excuses, but I don't know what happened. Felt like I was running a good pace but ended up being really slow. I just got told that I have to do my PFT next week and I haven't ran a PFT pace 1.5mi in a good while. I'm going to give it a try again Saturday and see what happ...
