Hello GermanGuy, I started in a very similar position to you. Age, body fat etc. I also began with AA BB with good results. What Barkadion says is spot on. Diet is crucial for fat loss. Hi Barney,
Have a look at Ageless Athlete base building. Tango circuits are easier to manage for older lifters.
Has worked well for me in my 50’s.

Hi from a new guy. I'm looking for clarification. When substituting max strength for SE in the first five weeks of BB should I substitute only those days for each other rather than doing five weeks of the full week 6-8 schedule first then three weeks of week 1-5 schedule.
