Re: C-Black's Training Log
Since the last time I knew your score, you shaved 22 seconds off your MTC, added 5 lifts with the ammo can, and most impressively knocked 21 seconds off your MANUF. Re: C-Black's Training Log
Haven't kept up my log due to work schedule. However, just finished 6 weeks of OP I/A and Black. Played with some heavy weights at yesterday for the end of the block and hit all new PR's. 235 bench 305 squat and 350 deadlift. I like the flexibility OP I/A offers and it keeps the percentages right wh...

Re: C-Black's Training Log
Yesterday was an unplanned rest day. After how I felt Monday, I figured it was due. I love to workout, so if I’m really not feeling it and my body is feeling run down, sometimes it’s better for me to let off the gas a little bit. Glad I did so because I felt considerably better today, and was hungry...

Re: C-Black's Training Log
AM Platoon pt. We ran down to an open field where 3 tires were staged. Proceeded to have a fun squad competition. It was a race, went like so: one person from the squad does 5 burpees, and flips the tire. After flipping the tire, sprint 50 meters, drop and do 10 push-ups, then sprint back. When the ...
