I don’t think you need to over complicate this. Do your strength workout. Afterwards do whatever you want on the rings.

Currently lifting 5x/wk and doing BJJ 3x/wk. Sprints 1x/wk. I have my first BJJ tournament in a few weeks, and a strongman competition in a couple months.
