Kinda got off track the last week. Played in a rugby tournament on Saturday which was a lot of fun. Couldn't resist. Spent the last couple days recovering. Ill get back on it tomorrow and finish the week out with fighter and LSS runs and then go into the "black portion" of BB next week.

Notes: Finally back on the weights and into the weight room. Ill do my second lift session of the week Sat morning and then everything will be evened out by next week. Cheers.

Restarted Week 3. I got hit with an awful cold last week and was down for the count. It happened to me twice last winter. Hate it. Surprisingly, I found somewhat refreshed after forced time off.. Restarted Week 3. I got hit with an awful cold last week and was down for the count.
6/12/18: 30 Min LSS to start the day. Still working on access to the weight room where I’m at. Worst comes to worst, I’ll hit up a modified base building with some Swings and KB work.

"Lest We Forget" by Leo Jenkins is a very good and entertaining read. He was a Ranger-Medic in the 75th Ranger Regiment and its very good.

5/31/18 Well, the weight room I generally use is locked today so I decided on a little modified SE circuit with what equipment I had around me. Something is better than nothing. 3x10 Step ups Pull downs Air Squat to Overhead with 35lbs plate Seated fly machine Get in, get out. Better than nothing.
