Evening workout
Its been awhile since I posted. Was away on holiday for awhile then did a two week conditioning block when I got back.
Bench Press 255 3X5
SSB Squat 225X3 245X3 275X3 *failed at 305 only a partial but it was close

My BW is down 6 lbs but I don't think its muscle. Maybe some water weight.

Hey guys please don’t get me wrong. If you are looking for a hybrid approach TB is probably the way to go. I’m referring to strictly muscle weight gain for novice to intermediate lifters who are not competing in bodybuilding.

I agree with J Madd. I did GSLP for about 2 months and had some good results with muscular weight gain.The resets and driving the rep max are the key. Is that your only exposure to a linear progression type program ? Please don't take this the wrong way but basically any program with cause improvem...

Ran a 5K race this morning. First serious run since the surgery.
Ran in 30:20. I've got some work to do and mostly felt it was lack of leg hip strength and stability that was holding me back.
