Bodyweight WODs would be good for this.
A descending ladder of pull ups/chin ups+dips/push ups for time could one challenge workout.
EG:
20 pull ups+20 dips
16 pull ups+16 dips
12 pull ups+12 dips
and so on.
Its only 60 pull ups and dips total, but its a smoker if done for time.

Re: Overhead Press Max
Switch to weighted chin-ups for a bit. Similar effect, more biceps emphasis. Martin Rooney is a big fan of them and always tells his guys to focus more on those than curls for arm development. I've found that slow negative or paused chin-ups (underhand grip) blow up my arms like nothing else. Have ...

My favourite song by them (and of all of my music) is "Broken Hands." The whole album "Wrath," is pretty great too.

Hand Stand Push Ups
Hey all, Does anyone have any experience with HSPUs and how to increase reps and/or increase ROM? I am currently doing them "Grease the Groove," style whilst studying for college finals. Any tips or advice? Getting somewhere close to this in a year or two is the goal: https://www.youtube.c...

Re: Weighted Dips
Have you guys used weighted dips for your clusters? What's your experience? Pro/Cons? I know all the theory behind it and possible shoulder issues that are related to that. Just interested in your real life experience and programming for TB. I am tempted to include it into my next OP block. One of ...

Thank you!Vagabond wrote: That's some solid progress Shivayan, thanks for posting. I'm impressed by your squat and dips in particular, but damn that's a fine WPU max too. Looks even more impressive in lbs.
