Operator Template Deadlift question
Hi, I've read through the Operator and Deadlift chapters in Tactical Barbell a few times now, but I'm still confused as to what weight percentages to use when adding deadlifts to the plan. Do you follow the 70/80/90/75/85/95 pattern for deadlift just like for the squats, bench press, and wpu exercis...

Re: Stalled on Week 3 of block building
Hi, Thanks for your advice. I did eventually manage to get to 50 reps of squats with my starting weight. When I first posted this, I did understand that if you cannot do all of the reps, you should rest for a short period and keep going. That worked for the first circuit, but on the remaining circui...

warm ups for strength and Conditioning

My resting pulse rate is usually about 78. My goal is to lost 30 pounds and get my resting heart rate to 65 or lower....

Target Heart Rate for SE
Hi, Another newbie here. I hope this is not too stupid of a question, but is there a Target heart Rate for SE? I know that for Endurance work, the heart rate is supposed to be 50-70 percent. Is it the same for SE? The first time I did SE, my heart rate shot up to 95 percent. I was not taking rest br...
