Hello,

I launched my website not too long ago doing reviews and insights on tactical gear and training programs. One of my first articles I wanted to do was this book, Tactical Barbell 3rd Edition.

I am 15 years into my LE career with a lot of those years being on a tactical team. I have trained the majority of my career and this book has really changed it all for me. I already cleared it with KB to post my article. Hope this helps someone make a decision on choosing if this program is right for them.
