Obviously the book states to keep conditioning to a minimum during general phases and capping at 30 minutes,
Has anyone got any advice or experience with a 60 minute class which will involve bag work, pad work and floor work, floor work which includes a bit like a HIC method, spend 3 minutes of bag, then pad, includes burpees, sit ups, press ups etc?
Will it be too much to keep the classes once a week while using general?
