Love the books and I am currently using mass protocol, my question I have is I've been doing 3 E sessions a week max 30 mins alongside the general mass template, basically 3 days a week BP, WPU, SQ. Not doing deadlifts believe they take more than they give when it comes to hypertrophy, (strength is another story)
I want to ask why the split between black and green for cardio if they are both geared towards not impacting hypertrophy, with the general mass templates and specificity. I really would like to mix and match probably like 2 green session and 1 black per week?
How much of a deal breaker would this be?
