Dan John strength standards

I always refer back to these as they are attainable in most cases and challenging as well. BP is my weakest lift but I've brought it to BW by 5 this week as part of Fighter Template.DL and SQ progressing well. Is anyone operating at game changer level in rexpect of these standards??

I hope I don't sound like a dick when I say this, but those are very low standards. And seemingly unbalanced as the bench and squat have the same requirement.

Rip has been going back and forth with his charts. There was age related version but I couldn't find it for some reason..

But for majority of the lifting crowd (bro and/or not bro :D ) you are all set once you hit 1K club..

Found that RIP chart that was converted to metric (very handy for those of us on the other side of the pond)and I can see the difference between it and DJ. The BP is the one lift that I find I need to train specifically in order to improve it. Still base building but might go towards a black protocol when it's finished. Find using standards useful as they keep me honest.

Lol those are on the opposite end of the spectrum from Dan John. Those are some very specialized numbers. Wouldn't expect any less from a in-human monster like Alpha though.
