I've seen lots of studies related to exercise and depression, but this one's at another level. The results did NOT apply to HIC. Even more reason to do your Base Building!

That looks interesting..I've been doing some E sessions in the morning and it has massive impact upon my mood for day, decision making ability etc....I went cold turkey with LSS for a few years and I'm glad to back at it again
