"E" Prevents Formation of Toxins linked to Depression

Post by Saracen »

I've seen lots of studies related to exercise and depression, but this one's at another level. The results did NOT apply to HIC. Even more reason to do your Base Building!

Thank you. Good one.

There was another one earlier this year that has stated that exercising can be a treatment for depression..

That looks interesting..I've been doing some E sessions in the morning and it has massive impact upon my mood for day, decision making ability etc....I went cold turkey with LSS for a few years and I'm glad to back at it again

Check out the book "Spark". It's an excellent look at how exercise rewires the brain and body by a Harvard professor. A very user-friendly read:

I'll enthusiastically second this recommendation! One of the better books I've read discussing exercise and mood.

+3! It was recommended by user on Ross forum. It has few dry chapters but the book is awesome. Really good read.
