@Bark - Hydro burpees in cold water is definitely not high on the list of fun things.
@nickgoldma - Definitely do one, they are an honest assessment of your work capacity, endurance, and mental toughness. Jason was a very friendly guy, he patched me at the end and gave me a shout out for my crazy commute.

This is awesome Grouchy. How did A.J. do? Did you get a chance to talk training or pick up any tips?

He did great. He held his own and embraced the teamwork concept right from the get go. Extremely nice and humble guy, I genuinely enjoyed talking and working with him.
