Help in leg pain due to Running

Post by Ibrahimovic105 »

After almost 2 month break from lifting or any physical workout from june - july due to shifting to a new home.... I decided it was time to get back to training. So I started Grouchys Pre base building.3 weeks into the plan my left knee started to pain a little while doing E-25M(Run/Walk).I think the reason could be not doing warm up or stretching after the run or it could also be related to proper form.Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

Also Do you guys follow any running form guide or any youtube channel which teaches to run properly (any resources would help) ?

3 weeks into the plan Ive noticed my cardio improve considerably.I could breath freely again. My resting heart rate has dropped from 60 to 49.Only thing is that my legs are giving up before my lungs.
